I have to commend you and your team on their excellent work with all the help moving our server to our new home-based location. You did a bang up job and the disruption at RSS, Inc. was minimal. As always, your response was quick and you magically got the job done; on time and under budget. We would have expected nothing less from Big Dog IT.

I also want to thank you (belatedly) for all your help during the horrendous winter storm(s) this year. Big Dog IT was there when we needed you and once we had our power restored you and your team were there with all of our data… Wow.

Tyler Hamilton of Big Dog SBS has been our IT specialist for several years and has always provided fantastic support.

All of our tech equipment is managed by Big Dog; they service our desktops and our employees on the road. They do a great job of fixing problems remotely or with an office visit. Any critical issues that affect daily operations are handled right away to minimize any impact.

Tyler and Andrea treat you like you have cousins in the IT business.

Hats off to an incredible team found in Big Dog It company- specifically Andrea and Tyler Hamilton. After starting a new business I was overwhelmed to say the least. Technical savvy with regard to internet support and website design is not my forte.
