Passwords: you need a good one

There are still many home and business users with terrible passwords. If you have a business with many users it’s a good idea to offer a password system. Mark McLaren at McBuzz.com posted a great reminder about security for Wordpress sites. Mark also reminded us of this great article at Microsoft with ideas on creating strong passwords.

Here is a short list of leading (bad) passwords. Google the phrase bad passwords, top 100 passwords and if you find your password on the list create a new one.

These are NOT good passwords:

123456
jesus
password
love
12345678
christ
jesus1
princess
blessed
sunshine
faith
1234567
letmein
